Do I really get everything you promised as a Gold Club Member?

You bet you do! Your membership is for 2010 and you will receive a total of 6 packages. We wanted to bring you the very best value and quality we possibly could. Through the sessions, expert interviews and learning tools and bonuses we’re going to do just that! To deliver this high quality, we’ve added to our already dedicated team but we've been determined to make this membership as affordable as we could for those in smaller groups, as well as those in larger organizations.

I’m very busy - what if I don't have the time to take advantage of all the benefits of my membership?

We’ve made sure that you will have plenty of time each month to absorb what you will receive. The audio-recordings are designed so you can listen to them anywhere, anytime and the power point slides can be scanned at a glance to summarize each session. Further, when you download your packages, you have 24/7 access to all your packages, so you control when you use your Gold Club Membership benefits.

How do I receive my packages?

As soon as you become a member - you will receive your first package containing your audio recording, full downloadable report, power point slides and more.

Thereafter, each package will be available approximately every second month and we'll email you to let you know that your latest package is available for you to download in the Gold Club Members area.

What if I find the membership is not right for me?

We will work very hard to make sure you will get great value from your membership. However, if you’re really not satisfied then you can cancel your membership during the first month and we'll refund any monies paid. There are no catches, no lock-in and no hassles.

Can I become a Gold Club Member at any time?

Yes, you are able to join the club at any time as the packages are completely flexible and do not follow a standard training program design and sequence. However, if you cancel your membership and then rejoin, your membership will begin again with the first package. Also, because we know the club is very popular and we want to serve our members well - we reserve the right to close the doors to further memberships in the future.

Can I share the information with others?

No, each member receives their own access code to their own packages. You are restricted in what materials you may share with others in your organization or group. All sessions, materials and resources are for the exclusive use of that Gold Club Member alone and not for distribution to anyone else. You cannot share any of the recordings, downloadable reports or action guides with others.

Can I enrol a number of people from my organization?

Yes! We welcome multi-subscribers from organizations and groups. We've kept the membership costs as low as possible for everyone in your organization to be able to become a member and offer great group discounts for 3 or more people on multi-subscriber subscriptions.

Can I transfer my membership?

We would be sorry to see you go. But yes, if you are leaving you can transfer your membership to another person in your organization. Simply inform of us of their details and we will ensure all future packages are sent to that person.
